Deletion Policy for 3 Things

1. User-Initiated Deletion

Users can delete their account at any time directly through the app settings or by contacting us at contact@kauscoder.com. Upon deletion:

• All user-generated content—including to-dos, mind dumps, timers, notes, and daily check-ins—is permanently deleted immediately.
• Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

2. Retained Data (Post Deletion)

Although app-specific content is erased immediately, we may retain limited data as follows:

• Transactional Records: Payment history and receipts are retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
• Account Metadata: Subscription and account-related metadata may be retained for up to 3 months or until the end of any active subscription, whichever comes later.
• Anonymized Data: Aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify individuals may be retained to improve the App.
